Vegetable Lasagna – A medley of vegetables layered between pasta in a light ricotta sauce.
Tossed Salad – Romaine and iceberg lettuce, carrot, red cabbage, tomato, cucumber, radish with Ranch, French, and Italian dressing.
Fresh Fruit Salad – Watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries and grapes.
